Trellance Announces New Talent Collaboration Council, Continued Commitment to the Credit Union Movement
The new council demonstrates Trellance’s dedication to being a partner to credit unions and providing space for collaboration
Tampa, FL – February 15, 2023 – Trellance, a leading technology partner providing innovative analytics, cloud and talent solutions to credit unions, has announced the development of a new Collaboration Council dedicated to their Talent line of business. The addition will complement the existing Analytics Collaboration Council (formerly known as the Advisory Committee).
The Talent Collaboration Council is a quarterly 90-minute virtual meeting where credit union executives can discuss topics relevant to finding and retaining talent and other issues credit unions are facing in an increasingly digital world. The meetings so far have been a great success, with several participants sharing that sidebar conversations have been initiated offline, inspired by discussions generated at the meetings.
“Collaboration is at the core of everything we do at Trellance,” shared Trellance Chief Services Officer, Steve Kass. “When credit unions talk with each other about the challenges they’re facing, they’re able to share solutions and experiences. Continuing to listen to and facilitate credit union conversations has allowed Trellance to become the end-to-end technology provider it is today.”
As credit union needs continue to develop and diversify, Trellance will continue to expand opportunities for collaboration and to facilitate cooperation among cooperatives.
