Shane has been pursuing his passion for operations management, information technology and security for over 25 years. Prior to joining Trellance, he managed the operations, technology infrastructure, security, production, marketing and sales for national companies, including a Global 100 law firm and a newspaper publishing group. He has built and managed multi-disciplinary teams for large-scale upgrade and integration projects, delivering the products on time and under budget. Additionally, he has managed teams that designed, developed and operated multiple high-volume newspaper websites, more than doubling revenues and viewership. As COO of Cloud, Shane is focused on high quality service delivery while ensuring operational efficiencies so that Trellance can deliver cost effective solutions to Credit Unions. When not helping Credit Unions serve their members, Shane enjoys hiking, biking and kayaking with his wife in beautiful Harpers Ferry, WV.

A respected subject-matter expert in finance, technology, payments, and strategic planning, Tom is skilled at simplifying the complexity involved with the many new technologies that impact credit unions today in the future. Tom earned his M.B.A. from the University of South Florida where he graduated with honors and became a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from Missouri State University.

Amanda Emery

Amanda Emery is the Product Manager for Descriptive Analytics at Trellance. She joined Trellance in May of 2022. She has 11 years of Credit Union Operational Management experience previously at GTE Financial and most recently 2 years as Vice President of Derivatives Operations at Citigroup. In both prior roles she was the Product owner from an Operational perspective for the teams’ primary functional operating system. Amanda has a passion for the Credit Union movement and believes strongly in the need for accessibility to actionable data Credit Unions to making informed decisions. Amanda is originally from Boston, MA but after graduating from Bentley University with a degree in Economics/Finance she moved to Tampa and has lived in Florida for 13 years. Amanda has 2 sons (9 and 5) and enjoys spending time with her kids, crafting and boating in the beautiful Florida Gulf.

As CTO of Cloud, Hugh is responsible for the technology development, infrastructure maintenance and the engineering, implementations and support teams. Hugh has been managing fast-paced IT departments for nearly 20 years, ensuring that high-quality work is accomplished in a timely, and often innovative manner. Prior to joining Trellance, Hugh served as Director of Information Technology for 180s, LLC, a Baltimore-based sports accessory company, and owned his own technology consulting business. Early in his professional career, Hugh worked with several rapidly growing companies, including Eider, Plumtree and Millioneyes. Hugh graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Computer Sciences. Hugh lives near Baltimore with his wife and daughter.

As the most Senior technical leader, Doug oversees Trellance’s industry-leading technology for credit unions. His team of technology professionals design and develop cloud-first data analytics platforms and products. With a mindset of continuous innovation, Doug’s goal is to help credit unions fully leverage the power of the cloud through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered systems that provide deep and meaningful insights. Prior to joining Trellance, Doug was the global director, governance-at-scale and product operating model, for Amazon Web Services (AWS). There, he built and scaled a global program to solve some of the most challenging aspects of running an enterprise in the cloud. His global team was responsible for the strategy and delivery of complex cloud solutions for a $60+ million division serving hundreds of AWS customers. Prior to this, Doug spent more than 20 years building scalable enterprise systems for some of the world’s largest firms. He has cultivated a variety of business perspectives while working as a founder, C-suite leader, and consultant. Doug attended the Executive Master’s in Technology Management Program at the Wharton School of Business – University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

In his role, he works to unlock excellent member experiences and strengthen credit unions with greater insight into their organization. Adam Wright was hired as the Managing Director of CUDX Operations in July 2023 making him the first CUDX employee. He has a rich background in data science, decision science and data strategy across the financial services, with an increasing focus on credit unions in recent years. Adam brought extensive operations research and leadership experience to the private sector from a twenty-two-year Army career. He is passionate about providing a high level of service and expertise to enable the Credit Union Movement. Through CUDX, he is helping credit unions compete with large banks by sharing data and cooperatively innovating with analytics.
